The Ticket Agent is a critical position on our team and responsible for providing a friendly, professional and courteous experience to all Atlantic Aviation customers, suppliers and employees. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and is located in Hyannis, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard, MA .

- Performs all customer service handling, such as helping customers in person with checking in, helping with flight itinerary, lightly cleaning aircraft, and to helping board the aircraft, etc.
- Processes all transactions in our online system; ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Complies with all current safety regulations, administrative procedures, methods, practices and company standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed, processed and forwarded to the appropriate people.
