The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global investment firm in the New York City area. They have an immediate need for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Summary: We are searching for a Recruiting Coordinator with ideally 2-5 years of experience to join the investing recruiting team. This person will be helping with scheduling interviews, working with hiring managers, and tracking candidates in Greenhouse. This person will be joining a 3 person team. Must be able to work in a fast paced/ high volume environment
Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
What you need:
• 2-5 years of previous recruiting coordinator experience
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized
• Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; Demonstrates good judgement
• Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
