Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial lines clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Create new business opportunities by developing quotes, applications, and policy issuances for existing and new clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to grow our agency through account rounding and cross-selling.
- Work closely with clients to review renewal policies, make recommendations, and remarket as necessary.
- Support clients through the claims reporting process, providing guidance and assistance.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, a high school diploma, and a property & casualty license. Prior customer service experience is also essential.
