Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a Radiology Site Manager / Office Administrator for the Manahawkin, NJ office location. Qualified candidates are experienced clinical leaders, licensed or registered Imaging Technologists, driven to succeed, and motivated to lead AMI's team members.

The Radiology Site Manager / Office Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Manages the daily operations of the assigned Office Locations, ensuring the quality and efficacy of patient care;
- Plans for and administers the managerial, operational, fiscal and reporting components of the office;
- Schedules and assigns staff based upon their education, training, competencies and job descriptions;
- Ensures that staff are oriented and obtains necessary education and training to continue their work;
- Oversees and participates, as needed, in various diagnostic procedures daily to provide efficient, effective patients care and optimum technical quality;
- Supervises and coordinates the orderly, timely and efficient processing of imaging procedures, patient care, work assignments and patient flow, as per policy;
- Conducts and performs staff orientation, instruction and counseling needed for consistent technical, clerical and ancillary staff job performance;
- Keeps executive management team informed of problems or concerns regarding staff, morale, policies, procedures, equipment and other issues as pertain to the assigned diagnostic imaging location; and
- Performs all other duties as required and assigned to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the office.
This position will provide oversight to the Manahawkin office location as well as the Local 54 office in Atlantic City, NJ. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday, days. Flexibility is required based on the nature of the role.
Eligible candidates are graduates of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology, registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), or registered by ARDMS, or an approved, accredited imaging organization. At least 5 years' experience as a Radiologic or other imaging Technologist is strongly preferred. Previous supervisor/management experience in a clinical environment is required.
Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate employee relations, customer service, and patient experience skills. Must show the initiative and ability to set and achieve high standards of performance with a proven track record of adapting within a fast paced, rapidly changing healthcare environment.
