Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Security, ITS, Legal, and Engineering teams to enhance SAM processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct software license assessments, perform optimization reviews, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
- Improve data integration, system capabilities, and user access lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate software asset records, implement accountability measures, and generate compliance reports.
- Define and implement Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes, manage audits, and lead process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service delivery.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Apptio application.
- Work closely with Apptio support to uphold budgeting and forecasting standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including lookups, pivot tables, data management, and manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience (Required)
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Preferred)
- Licensure/Certifications (Preferred):
