What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Atlantic Physical Therapy Center?
Office managers are a key component to each of our locations. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) scheduling, answering phones, data entry, copay collections, insurance / benefit information and authorizations. The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, friendly and compassionate. Must have the ability to muti-task along with good organizational and computer skills. Prior insurance and authorization experience is preferred but not required. We will provide on-site training. Must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday.
