Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with clients primarily over the phone, and texting through our compliant approved texting program.
Lead Generation : Proactively engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments for potential insurance sales.
Customer Support : answering phones and referring leads to agents in the office.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing, particularly within the insurance industry, is highly preferred but related sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent computer skills.
Customer Service Excellence : Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Sales Skills : Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail in updating customer records and managing policy information.
Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve company goals.
Must follow company policies to silent cell phone in the office. Breaks available.
