What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at Atlantic Star Trailers?
Customer service and maintaining inventory levels in an orderly and organized department are keys to this job. You will assist customers with phone and counter sales, as well as provide parts for the service department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive and inventory incoming shipments
- Assist customers at parts counter
- Issue parts to mechanics in service department
- Prepare orders for delivery
- Answer phones in a professional manner and take customer orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, management and vendors*
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be reliable, dependable and able to fulfill responsibilities
