Position Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst oversees the human resources management system (HRMS) in addition to other HR systems and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our technology platforms. This role provides the technical and analytical support required to ensure that these systems work effectively while maintaining positive working relationships with business stakeholders, system users and vendors. This role must be able to work efficiently with a “can do” attitude in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability to shifting priorities, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. This role will serve as a technical lead to the business and HR, providing consultative support and solutions that align to the strategic direction of HR and the business.
Position Accountabilities
• HR System Administration:
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of our Human Resource systems
• Lead the implementation of system enhancements, new releases, and modules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other members of the HRIS team.
• Setup and maintain security roles based on security access guidelines and standards.
• Setup and maintain system configuration including a periodic review of the functionality of workflow configuration to ensure proper data flow within system.
• HR Reporting and Metrics
• Identify HR reporting requirements from across the organization.
• Create advanced HR reports from all HR systems that meet the identified reporting requirements of HR and the business.
• Develop and maintain all compliance related HR reporting.
• Work closely with Business Intelligence team to define and build advanced HR reporting solutions.
• HR Data Quality, Troubleshooting, and Process Improvement
• Conduct ongoing audit of HR data in all HR systems to ensure data quality.
• Support advanced HR system questions from internal stakeholders (i.e., non-transactional/configuration questions), identify root causes, and communicate solutions.
• Create, maintain, and audit all HR system configuration including HR codes, jobs, fields, and data tables.
• Identify and implement improvements to our HRIS systems and related processes through collaboration with key stakeholders to include but not limited to: HR Functional Leads, Business Leaders, Accounting/Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Partner with HR Functional Leads in the identification and implementation of interfaces between HR systems and third-party systems to create efficiencies.
• Project Management and Training
• Develop and execute teammate and manager training on new software modules and conduct both online courses and in person training as needed.
• Support M&A activities which includes information transfer for HR, payroll, and benefits data.
• Serve as technical lead related to strategic HR systems initiatives (acquisitions, technology changes, system enhancements, etc.)
Organizational Relationship
This position reports to the VP, Head of HR Systems and Delivery.
Position Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an analyst with HR information systems.
Knowledge & Skills
• Prior experience with UKG, Kronos Workforce Ready and/or Cornerstone OnDemand is required.
• Prior HR reporting experience is required. Prefer experience with Cognos Business Intelligence v.11.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong customer orientation and service skills.
• Strong planning organization skills, attention to detail and follow through.
• Established problem analysis and problem resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
