Position Summary
The Truck Shop Administrator will order and maintain parts for stock inventory and repairs. This position will keep parts put away and keep parts areas clean and neat. The Shop Administrator will enter the high volume of part transactions and repair orders into the company database and reconciles shop paperwork.
Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time, non-exempt in-office/shop position.

Will need to lift up to 40 pounds.

Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am –5 pm.

Starting pay is $21-25 per hour.

Qualifications
Qualifications

One year of administrative, shop clerk, or other related experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Effective communication, organizational, and mathematical skills

Completion of High School or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to supply parts as needed.

Compare vendor pricing to ensure the best value for the best price for all orders.

Order and receive parts and store or distribute parts as needed.

Track parts, fuel, and labor expenses per unit in the company database.

Create and reconcile repair orders and invoices in the company database.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.
