The Position
We are looking for a technician to join our break/fix team. They will work with end users who bring their system to our shop looking for help. Responsibilities will include assisting customers who enter the shop, checking in their systems, performing repairs on their systems, facilitating customer purchases, answering the phone, and creating tickets.
In this position you will service computer systems, laptops, desktops, printers, tablets, phones, network devices, and other technology-related items. This is considered an entry-level position and has room for growth into our On Call Rescue squad that supports small business networks and provides network administration and consulting.
While technical skills are an important part of the job requirements, the ideal applicant will be genuinely personable, appropriately professional, a great communicator, and will leave their ego at the door. Attitude comes first.

Minimum Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with teammates, end users, and vendors.
- Ability to learn quickly & independently
- Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem-solving and exceptional customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and technologies. Certifications preferred.
- Ability to accurately document all activities conducted

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
