You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Talent & Culture team across various company engagement projects, digital marketing initiatives and HR administrative functions. This unpaid internship is designed for motivated college students seeking practical, hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment and looking to build a strong foundation in these critical business areas.

- Marketing & Digital Content Creation:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies, including content creation and scheduling.
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization.
- Contribute to graphic design projects for marketing materials and online platforms.
- Assist with website updates and basic web design tasks.
- Help develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Implement website refresh initiatives.
- Human Resources Administrative Support:
- Assist with developing engaging and informative professional skill-building content creation for target audiences
- Maintain and audit employee records to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating HR-related meetings.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Time Commitment & Schedule:
- 15-20 Hours Per Week: This internship demands a consistent 15-20 hour weekly commitment.
- Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to work around your academic schedule.
- Designated Office Day: One designated office day per week is required.
- Provided Lunch & Collaboration: On your office day, enjoy complimentary lunch during workshops and collaborative check-in sessions with fellow interns.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic Enrollment: Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the real estate and property management sector.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software.
- Growth Mindset: Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
