As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing the supply chain and logistics functions across the organization. You will play a critical role in sourcing materials, overseeing distribution processes, and ensuring that inventory and shipment schedules align with the needs of both our internal teams and customers. You’ll also drive innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the supply chain.

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing the supply chain and logistics functions across the organization. You will play a critical role in sourcing materials, overseeing distribution processes, and ensuring that inventory and shipment schedules align with the needs of both our internal teams and customers. You’ll also drive innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to evaluate preferred supply chain partners.
- Negotiate quantity- and quality-based cost incentives with suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling and dispatching shipments.
- Place purchase orders for necessary materials and supplies.
- Partner with buyers, planners, and vendors to source appropriate materials or products.
- Utilize software to track goods from supplier factories to the AtmosZero warehouse.
- Use data analytics to forecast inventory demand, evaluate product performance, and assess economic impacts.
- Implement cost-cutting measures while maintaining quality and meeting sustainability targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to maintain transparency and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international import/export laws and regulations
- Industrial experience in logistics, supply chain management, and quality control preferred.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software, and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems preferred.
- Experience with MRP/ERP
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in negotiating with vendors and stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
