Director of Men's and Women's Health

Job Purpose: The Director of Pelvic Health, a licensed OT or PT, leads the Pelvic Health program, ensuring quality, cost-effective care across outpatient satellites. Collaborates with staff and medical directors to align program goals with hospital objectives and oversees marketing for program development.

Job Summary

• Provides patient care 75% of the week, focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction and lymphedema.
• Develops and implements clinical programs.
• Coordinates marketing with the sales team.
• Manages hiring and supervision of staff in Mens & Womens Health Centers.
• Assists in scheduling and resource allocation.
• Engages in quality improvement activities.
• Develops capital budgets with management.
• Ensures compliance with budgetary information.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current OT or PT license from NH/MA.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical/management experience.
• Leadership and effective communication skills.
• BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
• Professionalism and ethical standards in healthcare.
• Full-time availability (32-40 hours/week).
• Participation in health associations for growth.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: From $45.00/hour, Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, in-person.
