Duties

- Organize recreational therapy sessions that encourage physical, mental, and social engagement among residents.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual interests and preferences to tailor activities accordingly.
- Facilitate group activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and outings to enhance community involvement.
- Collaborate with caregiving staff to ensure activities align with residents' care plans and health considerations.
- Provide counseling on aging issues to residents and their families as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
