Job Summary We strive to be a fun and exciting fast paced environment. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate our target audiences and drive market growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic planning to enhance our off road brand. This role is a hybrid role that will be required to have at least one day per week in office and be present to assist in all events. While this is a hybrid role it will involve many weekends for the multitude of events.
Responsibilities
- Has a high-level understanding of creating, implementing, and maintaining branding standards to attract and retain our target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and a competitive
- Analyze brand performance metrics to assist decision-making.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with customers effectively.
- Create promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales growth.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.
- Create consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Ensures company mission, vision, and values are maintained in initiatives and communication
Experience
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Has experience building marketing campaigns and business development initiatives with structure and precision
- Strong experience in advertising
- Has a proven measurable record of contributing to healthy business success
- Has a great deal of experience building and maintaining websites
- Strong creative design and artistic abilities
- Knowledge of the off roading world is a plus
