- Draft, review, and disseminate Representation Letters.
- Facilitate introductory meetings with clients to outline office procedures and next steps.
- Conduct signing meetings to notarize estate planning documents.
- Ensure clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout the process.
- Review estate planning documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to team discussions with suggestions for process enhancements.
- Promote a positive and collaborative office environment.
- Experience as a paralegal with a concentration in estate planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide support during sensitive matters.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to task management and follow-ups.

- Willingness to act as a Notary or to obtain Notary certification.
