This company is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and providing exceptional service to its clients.About the Role : The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with various stakeholders, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Oversee the full construction project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Mitigate project risks and handle changes effectively.Lead project closeout activities, including inspections and client turnover.Qualifications : Willingness to travel statewide in FL.Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.8 years of experience managing commercial interior build-outs for retail / hospitality.Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
