Here are your key responsibilities : 1.First Call Resolution : Strive for efficient and effective issue resolution on every call.2.Patient Account Management : Navigate the practice management system to access patient accounts and encounters using various criteria (name, birth date, social security number, account number).3.Appointment Scheduling : Proficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on patient or clinic needs.4.Service Line Expertise : Demonstrate strong scheduling abilities across medical, obstetrics, dental, and behavioral health services.5.Telephone Etiquette : Answer calls professionally, following the provided script and identifying yourself and the clinic.6.Insurance Knowledge : Understand insurance programs, especially Medicaid and CHIP, to assist callers effectively.7.Appointment Reminders : Make proactive reminder calls to patients (if not automated) and follow up as needed.Requirements : 1.Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)2.Computer proficiency3.Excellent multitasking skills4.Commitment to providing outstanding customer service5.Current TB test (assistance available)6.Willingness to adhere to Covid and Flu Immunization requirements.Job Types : Full-time, ContractSalary : From $15.00 per hourExpected hours : 40 per week.Benefits : 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule : 8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday
