Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize computerized systems to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with potential customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products or services during calls
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to navigate computerized systems efficiently for data entry and record keeping.
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Pay:
Base pay is $10 an hour the opportunity to earn weekly bonuses averaging around $105!
