Customer Account Specialist
Aubright sets the gold standard in plastic fabrication of custom components, products and display fixtures for the retail/visual merchandising, manufacturing (OEM) and powersports markets. We are currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our team.
Summary: Coordinates production of product or project with customers' requirements by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Professional communication with customers by phone or email. Proactively communicate order status and delivery information, provide communication regarding quality issues or concerns, and general day-to-day customer activities.
- Process new and repeat orders in a timely and effective manner. This includes active review of inventory levels for materials needed for project completion.
- Assembles production job packet with everything needed to complete the job and routes appropriately.
- Identifies, coordinates, and communicates project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks to meet customer’s due date
- Monitors progress of job order throughout production, may help coordinate internal operations and services with outside vendors to expedite timely processing of job in accordance with customers' requirements and company standards.
- Initial customer contact for general customer inquiries (shipping follow up, invoice questions, etc.)
Requirements:
- Associates degree and/or minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus)
- Highly proficient in MS office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work with numbers and basic math
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills (helpful, friendly, and courteous)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
