Our Service Team provides a full range of plumbing and HVAC services. Whether it's an emergency repair or preventative, ongoing maintenance, we are here to help.

This position requires onsite work Monday - Friday from 6:30am to 3:30pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Coordinating dispatch responses to customer service calls.
- Booking service calls into the system.
- Managing service call and maintenance contract labor.
- Evaluating and coordinating resources for service calls.
- Verifying and managing technician work trips in the system.
- Working with Project Managers to coordinate labor, materials, and tools for small projects.
- Participating in the on-call rotation schedule.
- Supporting and developing a positive team environment which promotes our culture and delivers value to external and internal customers

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED plus 1-3 years of related dispatch experience
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word required
- Ability to learn new programs/software quickly is desired

This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Auburn, Washington. The position is in a standard office environment with desktop and general office equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate.
