The Office of Academic Advising in the Harbert College of Business is currently accepting applications for undergraduate Peer Advisor positions. This position will assist with Camp War Eagle. Peer Advisor positions must be available for all 2025 Camp War Eagle training, advising, and registration activities, which span between May 21st through July 18th. Options to extend employment beyond July 18th may also be available Essential Functions The essential functions of this position includes but are not limited to the following :
- Assisting with all pre-CWE preparation, all 12 Camp War Eagle Sessions (Click here to view the Camp War Eagle 2025 Dates), and post-CWE projects.
- Work with Academic Advisors, incoming freshmen, and their families during large advising sessions along with small groups latr in the day.
- Requirements for the position will be indoors (Lowder Hall and Horton Hargrave Hall) except for occasional AU golf cart operation responsibilities
- Peer Advisors will be provided with HCoB-logoed merchandise.
- Peer Advisors are welcome to enroll in summer term online asynchronous courses through AU or another institution, but in-person courses cannot conflict with the Camp War Eagle responsibilities.
- Assisting with Summer 2025 Camp War Eagle advisement and registration for incoming Business freshmen.
Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Auburn University.
