Position Title : Maintenance Technician - Full Time
Location : Shrewsbury, MA
Job Summary :
Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
- HVAC systems including coil replacement, water heater maintenance
- Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical work
- Pool care
- Painting
- General appliance repair
- Preventative care
- Perform other duties as required
This position requires close coordination and communication with the Property Manager and all other maintenance staff. Candidate must be punctual, thorough, and must possess own set of basic trade tools.

Performance Expectations & Standards :
The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and complete tasks assigned to them that meet or exceed industry standards. Clear and consistent verbal / written communication with the Maintenance Director is essential. Along with a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance, the candidate must have a prime focus on excellent customer service as well as an inclusive, team oriented attitude.
