Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead client projects and manage a diverse calendar of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. This role involves driving client goals through effective communication, training, and messaging, while leveraging best practices and adapting to client-specific requirements. The Technical Project Manager will foster continuous improvement within collaborative teams, coordinate resources, and ensure event delivery that meets or exceeds client goals, guaranteeing satisfaction and retention. The objective is to deliver projects on time and within scope, inspire efficient teams, and drive high-quality event execution.

You’ll spend your days on the following :
- Develop project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in scope discovery discussions to assess complexity and advise clients and internal teams on SLA and timelines. (Digital products could include Website, Registration, Mobile App, Onsite Tech Solutions.)
- Monitor, measure, and report on digital projects, escalating potential client issues as needed.
- Lead projects to enhance efficiencies in web design and client service offerings.
- Act as a liaison between assigned teams, third-party partners, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate planning calls to review milestones, decisions, and escalate issues.
- Conduct and participate in meetings as the project plan expert.
- Collaborate with clients, Augeo team, and resources to execute project plans and meet client expectations.
- Facilitate project debriefings to document and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Continuously refine and implement best practices across projects for consistency and optimization.
- Report and escalate significant issues to management, suggesting corrective actions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder interactions (sometimes in partnership with event planners).
- Support the end-to-end website building lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service and experience to meeting owners, clients, and attendees.
- Manage daily client communication, ensuring timely responses to emails and inquiries.
- Oversee Outlook inbox management to ensure all emails are responded to in a timely manner.
- Conduct QC / QA of digital products such as websites and mobile apps to ensure they meet quality standards.
