Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze debt market trends, interest rates, and economic conditions to provide actionable insights and recommendations for debt financing strategies.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various debt financing scenarios and their impact on client capital structures.
- Transaction Support: Assist in the structuring and execution of debt capital markets transactions, including public and private debt offerings, syndicated loans, and other related instruments.
- Client Interaction: Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and reports for clients. Engage with clients to understand their financing needs and provide strategic advice.
- Documentation: Draft and review term sheets, offering memorandums, and other transaction-related documents. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or a related field. Previous experience in financial modeling and transaction support is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
