- Prepare reports, presentations, and investment memos to communicate research findings and investment recommendations.
- Assist in due diligence efforts for potential M&A transactions, including financial analysis, industry research, and valuation assessments.
- Monitor and track news, events, and developments that may impact the performance of companies and industries under coverage.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and senior analysts to support investment decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is preferred.
- Prior internship or coursework experience in equity research, investment banking, or related fields is a plus.
