Key Responsibilities
- Global HR Strategy: Develop and execute global HR strategies that support the company’s objectives and enhance employee engagement and performance across all regions.
- Talent Management: Oversee global talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes. Implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning on an international scale.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all operating countries. Monitor changes in global HR regulations and update policies accordingly.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues globally. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement global performance management systems. Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams on performance-related issues.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee global compensation and benefits programs. Benchmark compensation practices and ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures across all locations.
- HR Systems and Analytics: Manage global HR systems and utilize data analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve HR processes. Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and data management.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor regional HR teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a global HR management role.
- Strong understanding of international HR laws, practices, and cultural differences.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and managing HR functions across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
