- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing talent strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, talent development, and retention best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
