- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Design and implement employee development programs, including leadership development, mentorship, and career progression initiatives.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and individual career goals.
- Create and manage succession planning programs to ensure a robust talent pipeline for key roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop training programs to address them.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing talent strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, talent development, and retention best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
