Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment appraisal for potential acquisition targets.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and assess competitive landscapes.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including gathering and analyzing financial statements, operational metrics, and management interviews.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and portfolio management activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and economic factors impacting investment opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
