Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence, to support M&A, capital raising, and other investment banking activities.
- Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and reports for client meetings and transaction proposals.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential investment targets.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of financial transactions, including drafting transaction documentation and coordinating with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- Support the structuring and negotiation of deal terms, providing insights and recommendations to optimize transaction outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and key metrics of companies involved in transactions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders, providing expert advice and support throughout the transaction process.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to manage multiple projects and ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of investment banking products and services, including M&A, capital markets, and financial restructuring.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and other financial databases.
- Experience with transaction execution and client management.
- Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is preferred.
