- Develop and execute comprehensive private equity investment strategies aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives.
- Identify, assess, and secure high-potential investment opportunities, including leading extensive due diligence and financial analysis.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals to achieve optimal terms and align with strategic goals.
- Provide strategic direction and support to portfolio companies, driving operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Oversee and mentor a team of investment professionals, cultivating a high-performing team environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company executives, co-investors, and industry leaders.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven record of successful investments.
- Extensive experience in leading investment processes, deal structuring, and portfolio management.
