- Identify, assess, and secure high-potential investment opportunities, including leading extensive due diligence and financial analysis.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals to achieve optimal terms and align with strategic goals.
- Provide strategic direction and support to portfolio companies, driving operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Oversee and mentor a team of investment professionals, cultivating a high-performing team environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company executives, co-investors, and industry leaders.
