- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of high-value investment opportunities, including conducting thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and market research.
- Oversee the negotiation and structuring of complex investment deals, including terms, valuations, and exit strategies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and optimize a substantial venture capital portfolio, including monitoring performance, supporting portfolio companies, and driving value creation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or a related field, with at least 7-10 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Extensive experience in sourcing, evaluating, and managing high-impact investments in early-stage companies, including deal structuring and portfolio management.
- Proficiency with venture capital and investment management software and tools (e.g., financial modeling software, CRM systems) and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Proven track record of successful investments, including leading complex deals, optimizing portfolio performance, and driving value creation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting investment strategies and performance analyses to senior executives and investment committees.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including experience in mentoring and developing high-performing investment teams.
