JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Engineer in our Technical Services Department. Technical Services is a multidisciplinary group that provides expertise on various environmental projects within the company. If you have an engineering background, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
As a Senior Engineer, you will serve as an internal resource, managing and overseeing various engineering project tasks. These tasks include interpreting and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, designing and optimizing remediation strategies for project sites, and collaborating closely with experienced managers in our other service areas. The Senior Engineer plays a key role in mentoring and training staff engineers, proposal preparation for engineering work, and performing final review (QA / QC), ensuring high-quality work products. The Senior Engineer role is a balance of 75% office work and up to 25% travel to project sites.
This role offers a unique pathway to becoming a Senior Engineering Manager, offering hands-on learning experiences, leadership and mentoring opportunities, and exposure to a variety of projects.
