Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Develop and manage product offerings, maintaining a diverse selection of farm-fresh produce, meats, dairy, baked goods, and prepared foods.
- Collaborate with chefs, farmers, and artisans to create innovative products, menus, and promotions.
- Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions.
- Lead and train retail staff, focusing on exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements:
