JOB SUMMARY:
The Demand Planning Analyst at Momentec Brands provides essential analytical support for the forecasting process. This role will provide analysis for new products, maintain reporting documents, and handle ad hoc projects to support various functional areas. The Analyst will focus on generating insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and support business decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Provide business analysis to support forecast assumptions and projections.
- Analyze historical style data to support new product color and size level projections.
- Maintain and update reporting documents for League customers.
- Assume supporting role in managing forecast for specific League customers.
- Assume responsibility for forecasting decoration hits to support custom solutions team.
- Manage ad hoc projects to address emerging business issues and support cross-functional teams (product development and sales).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for analytical needs.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of supply chain and demand planning processes.
- Familiarity with demand planning software such as Logility, or similar statistical demand planning systems, is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Office: Hybrid/remote position
- Mondays and Fridays are work from home and Tuesdays-Thursdays are in office at our Grovetown, GA location

- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
