JOB SUMMARY:
To move product from the bulk storage locations to a pick location to ensure there is adequate product available to fill customer orders on a daily basis. This process is called Replenishment. This employee must understand inventory control principles and ensure that system tools and equipment are used in accordance to policy and procedure as the product moves throughout the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Assist Inbound Operations Replenishment Lead in all the duties listed to support the process including but not limited to: replenishments, inventory control, appropriate reporting and paperwork verification, operation of order picking equipment, forklifts and voice activation equipment.
- Act as the first line of defense against any inventory variances and the reporting of such to the appropriate authority for reconciliation.
- Audits of the SKU, carton description and replenishment order must be performed to insure correct finished goods are being processed.
- Put away finished goods designated pick location while controlling the accuracy of the style, color, size and quantity.

- Understand inventory theories and controls.
- Understand distribution product flow and general operations.
- Ability to use barcode scanner equipment.

- Ability to operate order picking equipment.

- Occasionally climb stairs to multi-level work site.
