We are made up of 4 successful construction companies which include Austin Electric Services LLC, Austin Concrete & Stone LLC, Austin HVAC LLC and Austin Integration LLC. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our President in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role that requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and projects.
- Manage office supplies and administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Knowledge of business casual attire expectations.
