The Quote Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire quoting process from initial request to final approval.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and services efficiently.
- Utilize AS400 and CMMS systems to manage inventory levels and track orders.
- Provide accurate quotes for automotive repair services, ensuring all details are clear and comprehensive.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the quoting process.
- Train and support team members on quoting procedures and best practices.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement management or a related field.
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is preferred.
- Background in automotive service or repair is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sourcing processes within the automotive industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Experience with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
