Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records across customer, vendor, and financial systems
- Compile, organize, and process tax-related documentation and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required data and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval and audit-readiness
- Prepare and format spreadsheets, reports, and internal communications as needed
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives across departments
- Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all administrative processes
Experience
- Experience in Administrative , or operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and familiarity with database or CRM platforms
- Understanding of basic financial and tax documentation processes is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
