Primary Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as office manager and receptionist for the North Wilkesboro Regional Office and provide administrative support to the Regional Directors and other DOI field staff assigned to this area. Â This employee will prepare BTAs, Travel Reimbursements, and handle e-procurement items for the Regional Directors and the Regional Offices. This position is required to assist with special projects and complete all other duties as assigned based on business needs of the Regional Director team, Agent Services, CID and SHIIP. Â This position will also serve as administrative support to the NCDOI Speakers Bureau.
