Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to
- Serve as liaison between the budget office and application/database staff, as a 'subject matter expert'
- Track and report on expenditures and revenues for a variety of purposes from a variety of sources.
- Reconciles payments against statement records and report discrepancies
- Acquire data using internal and external databases or web-based to develop reports from a variety of sources.
- Assist/advise operations at the park level related to creating and auditing bank deposits and utilizing the Center Reservation System (CRS) to process payments for reservations and retail sales
- Interpret and explain state and parks policies, procedures and regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, officials, and the public
- Typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm; some weekend and holiday work required.
- Must be able to lift 10-20lbs
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license within 90 days of employment.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service in person, via email and/or over the telephone
- Demonstrated experience with filing systems and/or record keeping
- Demonstrated experience processing invoices and/or payments
- Demonstrated experience working with any of the following: budget, travel reimbursement, and/or financial reports
