Order Processor/Customer Service

Autel US, headquartered in Port Washington, New York, is Autel's North American distribution marketing and customer service division. Autel develops, manufactures, and markets diagnostic tools, equipment, and accessories in the automotive aftermarket. We are currently seeking an experienced TEMP to PERM Order Fulfillment Associate to process orders for our customers. This position requires high attention to detail. You will be dealing with a lot of part names and part numbers. We are looking for a team player. You will have to communicate with other departments.

**THIS IS NOT A WAREHOUSE POSITION**

We are looking for an individual with:

• Order entry experience
• SAP experience (not required, but a plus)
• Salesforce experience (not requried, but a plus)
• Order Entry
• Excellent computer skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Assist supervisor with office management tasks as needed.
