We are looking for a highly organized, flexible and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing Human Resources support and guidance to employees and managers on a range of HR topics, including compliance, learning management, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Training:
Improve upon, schedule, and facilitate effective onboarding and deliver new hire orientation.
Create training guides to support employees and managers with company processes.
Assist in developing and implementing effective training programs.
Manage and improve learning management system (LMS) functionality, partner with stakeholders and ensure employees have access to required training.
HR Systems & Data Management:
Process employee changes in the HRIS (Dayforce), ensuring accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain and audit employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy. Execute compliance audits (FLSA, minimum wage, etc.) and other employee data audits.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting and support requests.
Update and manage Dayforce changes including but not limited to:
Promotions & Job Changes
Role Assignment & Corrections
PTO plans
Performance Management & Employee Relations:
Collaborate on and help drive the annual performance review cycle.
Support HRBP with employee relations matters, inquiries, and requests related to HR policies, performance, and compliance.
Provide guidance to managers and employees, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Policy, Compliance & Process Improvement:
Assist with developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Create and maintain internal processes, including SOPs and reference guides.
Execute employee compliance audits and support legal compliance efforts.
Collaborate on related projects as needed.
Employee Offboarding & Documentation:
Support offboarding processes, including separation documentation, exit conversations, and reporting changes.
Ensure offboarding is handled with professionalism and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3 years of HR Generalist experience
Proficient with HRIS systems, Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training program facilitation
Take initiative to independently solve problems and enhance processes
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities
Support managers and employees with a positive attitude and customer service mindset
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including multi-state laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
