Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Autism Learning Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to our BCBAs, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to provide high-quality ABA services. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching, and contributing to the development of our organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching

Requirements:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA
