The Clinical Supervisor assists Department Director in direct oversight of daily patient care operations and staff supervision of the assigned nursing unit/ department for the provision of effective and quality patient care. Maintains regulatory and professional standards/requirements consistent with policies, standards of care, and standards of practice of the organization, the nursing department, and the state of NC. Supports and maintains a cost effective, progressive and customer-focused service. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Current North Carolina RN license. BCLS, ACLS and PALS required. Minimum three (3) years clinical nursing experience required. One year supervisory or leadership experience or relevant experience preferred.
