Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Technology, the Network & Systems Administrator will provide mission-critical system support and add value to key growth initiatives in the company. This team member must be organized, passionate about improving workflow processes, and able to prioritize while managing communications with employees in one of the largest professional driveaway companies in America.
Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle and truck OEMs with fast, safe and reliable door-to-door driveaway service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle "door-to-door driveaway" shipping; short-term and reconditioning services across all asset types. Responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment: Entra (Azure AD), Exchange Online, InTune, Purview, Azure, Office
- Define and implement cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity tools within the technology environment
- Install, manage, and administer SD-WAN environment and internet for 40 offices
- Administer, configure, and improve technology experience for users and clients
- Proactively install, update, and maintain production software and hardware
- Integrate new applications and features while adhering to best practices, working with management and peers to determine and prioritize company needs
- Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, document, and resolve support tickets relating to endpoints, software, printers, and other technology devices
- Serve as the point of contact for on-site technicians and users, documenting and categorizing pertinent data for reference
- Work towards an in-depth knowledge of our business systems, proactively monitoring all technology touch points with proficiency in automating and scripting repetitive tasks
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience working as a network/systems administrator or closely related position
- Able to demonstrate expertise with Office/Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra (Azure AD), InTune, Purview, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies
- Networking experience, SD-WAN preferred: (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
- Advanced working knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to regularly audit environments
- High energy, enthusiasm, and drive for achieving results
- Passionate about user experience and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or similar degree
- Strong working knowledge of PowerShell, enabling automation in a Microsoft cloud environment
- Microsoft Fundamentals or Associates. Cisco CCENT. CompTIA A , Security or Network . Additional accredited certifications a plus
- Experience working with SCCM, Intune, or similar version control in a geographically dispersed organization
- Exceptional PC and troubleshooting skills, enabling the resolution of most SMB-related tickets independently
