Role Overview :
As a LAN Administrator, you'll support and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure in a dynamic, multi-platform environment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs and Local Area Network issues, assisting end users, and managing support tickets.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience with mobile workforce and data communications
- Proficiency in computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN network protocols
- Familiarity with Office365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
