Office Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working PPSI Office Coordinator for a warehouse based in the Prairieville, La area. In this role, you will primarily be providing administrative support to all PPSI employees.Rate : $16-$18 / hr.Schedule and Hours
Monday-Friday 7 00am to 4 30pmPPSI OFFICE COORDINATOR
- Provide admin support to all PPSI ops employees
- Maintain payroll paperwork daily (exception sheets, attendance on demand, etc)
- Handle new employee paperwork and time clock entries
- Manage shop supplies / tooling, break room inventory and coordinate ordering
- Develop and distribute weekly hourly employee OT / attendance report
- Assist with safety : scan & upload documentation (forklift / crane certs, testing), coordinate safety testing with employees
- Scan & upload completed travelers and drawings
- Help print production paperwork as needed i.e travelers, inspection sheets, equipment checklists
- Manage employee reimbursements, cashouts (free lunch, etc)
- Assist admin office coordinator with employee events (hang notices, set up events, serve, etc)
- Coordinate shop goal lunches & monthly breakfast
- Provide back-up to PPSI production control and PFI OC
- HR / Payroll admin support as needed (liaison)
- Coordinate PPSI portion of boot truck
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements : Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), detail oriented, good communication Prior industrial office experience a plusBenefits
