Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking as needed.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent phone etiquette to clients and staff.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance teamwork and project collaboration.
  • Support team management by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office coordinator or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
